Andrew Lack is a journalist, television and film producer, and media executive. He served as the chairman of news for NBC and MSNBC for fifteen years. He also held leadership roles at Sony Music Entertainment, Bloomberg Media Group, and US Global Media. Lack began his career at CBS News as a producer for 60 Minutes.
He is executive chairman /founder of the digital news organization Deep South Today and Mississippi Today (2023 winner of the Pulitzer Prize for best local news reporting in the nation). Lack is also executive producer of a new six hour special series for PBS. Breaking the Deadlock, airs on May 20.
