With over 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Shantrell Austin is the Chief of Staff at Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, Austin oversees the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values. Austin works closely with the President, the Board of Directors, and the senior leadership team to coordinate and communicate organizational goals, priorities, and policies. Austin also facilitates internal and external partnerships, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and monitor and evaluate the impact and outcomes of our programs and projects.
