I have a proven track record of developing and executing organizational growth and sustainability strategies, managing change and innovation, and leading new initiatives that support vulnerable children and families, under-resourced educators, and high-need communities.
As the Chief of Staff at Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, I oversee the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and values. I work closely with the President, the Board of Directors, and the senior leadership team to coordinate and communicate organizational goals, priorities, and policies. I also facilitate internal and external partnerships, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, and monitor and evaluate the impact and outcomes of our programs and projects.
