Arthel Neville is a distinguished journalist and accomplished television host with a career spanning over four decades. She is known for her warmth, intelligence, and engaging on-screen presence. A passionate advocate for responsible journalism with a commitment to truth and transparency in reporting, has made Arthel a respected colleague in the world of journalism. The theme of trailblazing has followed Arthel repeatedly in her unmatched career.

Before social media and streaming platforms provided outlets to the masses, Arthel was the first Black female to host and produce a national, high-profile interview show with A-list celebrities on E!. She was the first Black female in the nationally syndicated, entertainment news space - hosting Extra. She was the first Black female with a signature show on CNN - Talkback Live with Arthel Neville. She co-hosted the Miss Universe Pageant to over 60 million viewers worldwide, and was selected as the third Black female to be inducted as a Distinguished Alum at the University of Texas at Austin.

Arthel started her career, while still a junior in college. She was a full-time journalism student at UT Austin and a full-time reporter at KVUE-TV (ABC). Arthel is currently an anchor with FOX News, where her reporting resonates from the central coast of California to the center of power in the nation’s capital. Having received multiple awards, honors and accolades in her career, Arthel is always proud to represent her hometown - New Orleans.
