Jeffrey Goldberg

Jeffrey Goldberg is the editor in chief of The Atlantic, and is the moderator of Washington Week With The Atlantic on PBS. He joined The Atlantic in 2007 as a national correspondent and in 2016 was named editor in chief, the 15th person to serve as editor in The Atlantic's 168-year history. During his editorship, The Atlantic has set new audience and subscription records, and won its first-ever Pulitzer Prizes.

E.J. Lagasse

E.J. Lagasse fell in love with food at a very young age. As the son of Chef Emeril Lagasse, he spent most of his early years in kitchens and at home where the family table was a central part of daily life.

Kevin Belton

Kevin Belton, a self-trained chef began cooking under the watchful eye of his mother and grandmother in the uptown New Orleans home. In addition to the almost 7,000 lessons he has led, Belton has also offered classes and cooking demonstrations throughout the U.S. and Canada. He has been a featured chef and guest on numerous food programs including Emeril Live; Ready Set Cook; Life, Love and Lunch; Food Fighters; and Taste of America. In 1999, he was co-host and chef on the BBC series Big Kevin, Little Kevin, which also featured British celebrity chef Kevin Woodford.

Ethan Brown is the Editor-in-Chief of The Garrison Project, an incubator for criminal justice system reporting and analysis housed at Investigative Reporters & Editors. He is also the author of four books about crime and criminal justice policy including Queens Reigns Supreme: Fat Cat, 50 Cent and the Rise of the Hip-Hop Hustler and Murder in The Bayou: Who Killed The Women known as The Jeff Davis 8, a New York Times bestseller. Ethan lives in New Orleans.

Eddie S. Glaude Jr.

Jeff Duncan

Jeff Duncan is a sports columnist for The Times-Picayune, where he has worked for more than two decades. He was a member of the team that won two Pulitzer Prizes for the paper’s coverage of Hurricane Katrina. Duncan is the author of three books on the Saints -- “Payton and Brees”; “Tales from the Saints Sideline”; and “From Bags to Riches” – and is currently collaborating with Steve Gleason on his memoir, which is scheduled for release in April 2024.

General David H. Petraeus

General David H. Petraeus (US Army, Ret.) (New York) joined KKR in 2013. He is a Partner at KKR, Chairman of the KKR Global Institute, and Chairman of KKR Middle East. He is also a member of the boards of directors of Optiv and OneStream, a Strategic Advisor for Sempra and Advanced Navigation, a personal venture investor, an academic, and the co-author (with British historian Andrew Roberts) of the New York Times best selling book “Conflict: The Evolution of Warfare from 1945 to Gaza”. Prior to joining KKR, General Petraeus served over 37 years in the U.S.

Corey J. Miles

Corey J. Miles is an assistant professor of sociology and Africana Studies at Tulane University. He is the author of Vibe: The Sound and Feeling of Black Life in the American South (University Press of Mississippi). His research is a conversation between the intimacies of blackness, hip hop, racialized emotions, carcerality, and ethnography. He has received funding from numerous organizations such as the American Sociological Association to engage in work that challenges disciplinary bounds and demands thinking beyond discipline altogether.

Rob Lalka

Rob Lalka is the Albert R. Lepage Professor in Business at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business and Executive Director of the Lepage Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
