Elizabeth Beller

Elizabeth Beller is a writer and journalist specializing in culture, art, and travel with more than fifteen years of experience as a book and story editor. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, Vogue, and Travel + Leisure, among other outlets. Before turning to writing and editing, she spent two years as a script reader for Miramax, followed by twelve years in the art world at Sotheby’s Auction House. She lives in New York and New Orleans with her husband, writer and Tulane professor Thomas Beller, and their two children.

Gabe Feldman

Gabe Feldman, director of the Tulane Sports Law Program and Tulane University's associate provost for NCAA compliance, is one of the leading voices in the country in the growing field of sports law. He is the Sher Garner Professor of Sports Law and the Paul and Abram B. Barron Professor of Law, and also is the co-founder and co-director of the Tulane Center for Sport.

E.J. Lagasse

E.J. Lagasse fell in love with food at a very young age. As the son of Chef Emeril Lagasse, he spent most of his early years in kitchens and at home where the family table was a central part of daily life.

John Currence

Chef John Currence was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, to a family that loved to cook and spend time in the kitchen. 

His parents’ travels during his childhood, combined with the family’s years in Europe, brought the dishes of the world to their dinner table while time spent hunting and fishing in South Louisiana became the foundation in which Currence’s passion for food was firmly rooted.
